CIS Bookworms Enjoy Presentation
On July 4th, Mrs. Marina White came to the CIS Bookworms Summer Reading Program located at Lourdes Elementary to show the children something amazing. Mrs. White has been making stained glass objects for many, many years, ranging from window hangings to complete windows. At the program, she demonstrated the techniques and skills needed to make glass window hangings. The children enjoyed watching Mrs. White piece together all sorts of window hangings, as well they enjoyed that Mrs. White gave them each their own to take home.
