Community Café: September’s here!

Well friends, here we are, September again. How fast summer passes by, but we can’t do too much complaining, it was beautiful weather wise.  We here at CEN certainly hope you enjoyed each and every day, the sunny along with the rainy ones; after all there would be no beauty in a rainbow were it not for the rain.

With another school year in full force and everyone relaxed after a wonderful summer, it’s time to get back into the swing of things.  If you missed our Community Cafés during July and August, we missed you and hope you will be joining us again soon.

We were pleased to have the Indian Head Coop sponsor September month’s café. Thanks to Norman Janes and his staff who prepared, cooked and served the delicious meal, and of course topping it off with a slice of cake straight from their bakery…mmm mmm good!

As always each café is open to ALL members of our community. No one is ever turned away and we are so glad to see new faces each month. So, please continue to join us for a great meal and great fun on the second Thursday of the month at the Lion’s Club and at Zion Pentecostal Church on the fourth Thursday of the month from 11-1.
