CYN and YOW Complete Girls Circle at Notre Dame du Cap

Congratulations to the 8 young ladies who completed the Notre Dame du Cap “Girls Circle” program.  Delivered by Kim Kendall, Mental Health and Addictions Youth Outreach Worker (YOW), and Mary Barter, Community Youth Network Youth Engagement Coordinator, the 8 session program focused on Friendship. Throughout the sessions, the girls participated in a variety of activities and discussions focusing on how to be a better friend and how to help others. The group made promises to each other to be respectful, caring and open, and have also committed to using these new skills in their school community and to be an example for others.
