The Department of Advanced Education and Skills, in partnership with Community Education Network, are looking for participants who want to enter or re-enter the labor force by enhancing their working skills.
Power Up! participants engage in 4 weeks of pre-employment training and community service. After which participants will, with support from the coordinator, seek and secure employment for up to 26 weeks, earning $10.00 an hour. Throughout the program, participants will enhance their skills through career development workshops.
